About TelCam
TelCam Training Inc. is a full service company established in 1997 to provide training and consulting services to organizations in Canada and internationally.
Our primary focus is to work with our clients to identify skills and performance gaps, recommend appropriate interventions and work collaboratively with our clients to implement the interventions to close the identified gaps.
Our consultants and strategic partners have over 15 years experience in the training, consulting, and research industries. They have provided services in the private, public and non-profit sectors.

Once retained, we work collaboratively with our clients to:
- identify skills and performance gaps
- develop the right interventions and approaches
- design/customize training programs
- support on-the-job applications
- conduct post-program evaluations
Our programs go beyond teaching skills and knowledge to providing practical tools, techniques, strategies, tips and blueprints that are applicable to participants' development.
Evaluation & Post-Program Support
An evaluation process is built in to all our services. We offer a variety of post-program support to our clients.
