AODA for ManagementThis half to one hour presentation is interactive and designed as an awareness session to provide critical information on management's role and responsibilities under AODA. The facilitator will present critical issues and engage in discussions with management using practical examples, citing recent court cases, and how a simple slip-up or mistake, at any level, could lead to a costly and time- consuming lawsuit. The Facilitator will also identify other laws associated with disabilities and review the AODA requirements. At the completion of the presentation participants will be able to: State the key provisions of the AODA 2005, comply with AODA and organizational policies, provide equal access, benefits and privileges to persons with disabilities, learn how to identify and implement reasonable services for persons with disabilities
