Our approach to instructional design (ID) involves methodical application of a system based on a 7-step design process.
The 7-step process involves:
- An initial consultation meeting to identify our client’s needs
- A comprehensive needs assessment, analysis and client feedback before the actual designs starts
- Client’s signoff and approval of the results of the needs assessment
- The design and development of the contents, activities and evaluation
- The testing of the product to ensure accuracy and suitability
- Adjusting and editing to ensure quality final product
- Client signoff on the final product
