Our consultants have extensive experience in the development and delivery of training programs, coaching, consulting and designing and conducting research in the private, public and non-profit sectors.

Norma Telfer, BAS. Diploma in Education, specializes in leadership and people skills training. She has over 20 years experience as a corporate trainer, consultant, coach and public speaker. Her programs draw on her many years of experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She is an active community and political leader/organizer. Norma also speaks on leadership, human relations and life skills topics focusing on the theme: "Strategies for Success". Norma consistently receives rave reviews from her audiences and her clients.

Jacob Schneid, Ed. D. is a specialist in the development and delivery of leadership and management programs, organizational assessment, and coaching. His consulting experience cuts across the public, private and non-profit sectors. He has worked with clients in areas such as strategic planning, team building, customer service, developing new human resources processes, and improving organizational communications and marketing.

M. Armstrong, B.A. MSc is an information and training professional, specializing in webinars and live web-based events. Through technology, she ensures equitable access of off-site individuals to on-site training and information initiatives. She has over 15 years experience in adult education, communication and alternative learning. She has worked in the public and private sectors in Canada and the United States.

Lanzette (Rick) Jones, Phd (Abd). is an educator, researcher and trainer. As Marketing Researcher and trainer with Canada’s largest telecommunications company, Rick designed, executed and reported on scores of studies ranging from needs analysis to program and service evaluation. For six years he worked in Saudi Arabia as an advisor and trainer. Rick has presented at several conferences and coauthored a number of published articles.

Anna Defina BA,
Certificate in Adult Education

Anna Defina, has over 15 years experience in the training and development profession. She specializes in all aspects of adult learning and project management.

Anna has experience in both job skill and soft skill training programs. She has designed and delivered a variety of programs for public, private and non-profit sectors clients. Some of her clients include: WSIB, Elections Canada, Toronto East General Hospital and the Ministry of Labour. Her diverse experience working with employees, managers, leaders and business partners in all three sectors make her a definite asset to any team.
