It includes self assessment questionnaires, case studies, helpful hints and tips, and provides you with new ways of getting things done and action planning.

Presenter Norma Telfer is a corporate trainer, coach, professional speaker and a Board member of the Canadian Society for Training and Development. She has worked at all levels in the political arena both in Canada and abroad. She was responsible for the shaping of a major Ontario political party's policy. She has worked at various levels in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She currently delivers workshops and speaking engagements on leadership, human relations and life skills to a diverse range of audience. Her enthusiasm, passion, energy and conviction are contagious.
